Plan content in the Studio
Your team’s private board: lay out photos, make posts and carousels, add notes, give posts dates and send them to the Grid.
01
What the Studio is
Open a Suite and choose Studio. It’s your team’s private board: clients never see it, and nothing here posts. The bar says Private, with how many sections and posts are on the canvas.

02
Work in sections
Sections are how you group posts, like a week, a shoot or a campaign. Press ▭ Section in the tool bar to add one, and double-click its name to rename it. New photos and posts land in Unsorted.
03
Drag photos in
The library on the left shows the Suite’s photos and videos: Not used, Everything, or Used in a post. Drag them onto the canvas, or press Upload, From phone or Figma at the top. Uploads land in Assets too.
04
Make a post from photos
Press loose photos to select them, then choose Group as carousel, or Make posts to give each photo its own post. Select a post to shape it on the right: title, caption, format, pillar, hashtags, and date and time.
05
Leave notes for the team
Hover a section and press + Note. Notes sit on the canvas next to the posts, and only your team sees them.
06
See who’s here
When teammates have the same Studio open, their initials show at the top right of the canvas, so you know who else is working on it.
07
A date is not a schedule
A date in the Studio is a plan. The post is still a draft and won’t go out. Date with posting days, on a section, gives undated posts the Suite’s next posting days, one a day. A post is only scheduled once you schedule it on the Grid or Calendar, or once the client approves it when the brand needs approval.
08
Send it to the Grid
When posts are ready, press Send ready to the Grid, or Move to grid drafts on a section. They leave the Studio and sit at the top of the Grid, in order, still drafts. You can also send a whole section to the client for approval.
