Terms of service

1. Your account

You need to be at least 16 to use Postfolio. Keep your sign-in safe: you’re responsible for what happens in your account.

An account can hold your own brands, your clients’ brands, or both. Each brand is a Suite. Whoever owns the account decides who else can see or change its Suites.

2. Your content

Posts, photos, videos, captions and messages you add stay yours, and your clients’ content stays theirs. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only so Postfolio can do what you ask: show it, share it with the people you choose, and publish it where and when you schedule it.

Only add content you have the right to use.

3. Working with clients and teams

If you manage socials for clients, you’re responsible for having their permission to manage their accounts and content in Postfolio. People you invite see only what you give them access to.

4. Publishing to social channels

Posts go out through each channel’s own rules (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and others). If a channel refuses a post, Postfolio shows why and keeps everything. We can’t control a channel’s rules, outages or decisions about your account.

5. Olio

Olio, our AI, suggests and drafts posts, captions and plans. Nothing Olio makes goes out until someone schedules it. Check what it writes before it’s published: you’re responsible for what goes out.

6. Using Postfolio fairly

Follow the Acceptable use rules. We can pause an account that breaks them, and we tell you why.

7. Plans and billing

Plans are paid monthly or yearly and renew until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We never charge for extra usage without asking first.

8. Ending your account

You can close your account any time (see Data deletion). We erase your data within 30 days. If we ever close Postfolio, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice to export everything.

9. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Postfolio running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

When these Terms change, we update the date at the top and ask you to agree again the next time you sign in. Questions: write to privacy@getpostfolio.com.
