The short version
You can have your Postfolio data deleted any time. It’s erased within 30 days.
Delete your account
Write to privacy@getpostfolio.com from the email on your account. We confirm it’s you, then erase your account, brands, posts, files and messages within 30 days.
Disconnect Instagram or Facebook
In Instagram: Settings › Website permissions › Apps and websites › Postfolio › Remove. In Facebook: Settings › Apps and websites › Postfolio › Remove. Either way, everything we read from that account is erased.
