The short version
We collect only what Postfolio needs to run your account and your posts. We never sell your data or use it for ads. You can have it exported or deleted any time.
1. What we collect
Your name, email and photo. The brands, posts, photos, videos and messages you add. Basic device and usage details that keep your account secure.
2. What we read from Instagram and Facebook
When you connect an Instagram professional account: its name, handle and photo, its posts and their results, and posts it’s a collaborator on. Postfolio reads these to show your grid and your results. Nothing is posted unless you schedule it.
3. How we use it
To run Postfolio, publish what you schedule and show how it did. Olio uses a Suite’s content only to work on that Suite. Your content is never used to train AI models.
4. Who helps us run Postfolio
Hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), file storage (Cloudflare), publishing (Zernio), payments (Stripe), email, and Anthropic for Olio. Each one only gets what it needs to do its part, and none of them may use your data for anything else.
5. How long we keep it
While your account is open. When you delete your account or disconnect a channel, what we read from it is erased within 30 days.
6. Cookies
Only the ones that keep you signed in and remember your settings. No ad or tracking cookies.
7. Your choices
Write to privacy@getpostfolio.com any time to see, export, correct or delete your data. To delete your data, see Data deletion. Postfolio isn’t meant for anyone under 16.
