( Grid )

Plan the Instagram grid exactly as it will look.

Postfolio shows the brand’s real Instagram profile with your plan drawn into it. Posts already live and posts you’ve planned sit in the same grid, in the order followers will see them.

The Postfolio Grid: an Instagram profile with planned posts and their dates, next to the photo library and drafts

01

The profile, not a mock of it

The Grid pulls in the profile picture, bio, highlights and every post already live. Planned posts slot in above them, so you judge the feed the way a follower will, before anything goes out.

02

Drag to rearrange

Move a planned post and the grid reflows around it. Each tile carries the day and time it goes live, so the order and the schedule never disagree.

03

Your library beside it

Photos and drafts sit next to the phone. Drag a photo onto the grid to make it a post, swap a tile’s picture to test it, and fill gaps from what you’ve already shot.

04

Every brand you run

Each brand has its own Grid. Switch between them in a click, and give clients a view of theirs to approve.

How it works

  1. 1Connect the brand’s Instagram.
  2. 2Drag photos and drafts onto the grid until it looks right.
  3. 3Set the dates, send it for approval if you need to, and it posts on its own.

Questions

Does it post to Instagram for me?
Yes. Once a post is scheduled (and approved, if the brand needs approval), Postfolio publishes it to Instagram at the time on its tile.
Can I plan carousels and reels?
Yes. Single posts, carousels and reels all sit on the grid, with their format marked on the tile.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The Grid works on your phone too: tap a tile to swap its photo, or hold and drag to move it.
How much is it?
Your first month is $10 on any plan. After that it’s the plan’s monthly price, and you can cancel any time.
